setting up and management of a personalized online planning document

assistance with event design and creative direction, including custom vision boards and a bespoke design document to help inform creative decisions
coordinating with your vendors and the venue team to ensure seamless planning
development and management of event timelines and schedules
attending and assisting with your rehearsal, if you choose to have one (for weddings)
a venue tour for myself, to get a better grasp of your space and how things will run
an assistant for your lead planner on the event day, at no extra charge
unlimited emails and text messages to discuss plans and changes, as well as the potential to have detailed in-person or video meetings as needed
providing full-day coordination and on-site management, including set-up and tear-down
ensuring your event space(s) are ready prior to guest arrival.

design consultation & event blueprint — $200
your choice for setting the groundwork for your event, so you can relax and enjoy the planning process without feeling stressed and overwhelmed. this service includes:
set up of a personalized online planning document that you can take over and edit after delivery
full event design and creative direction, including custom vision boards
venue and vendor research and recommendations
creation of floor-plans and mockups
development of event timelines and schedules
