full service design & planning — $1000

your choice for meticulous planning, bespoke event design and hands on logistical oversight. this comprehensive service includes:

  • setting up and management of a personalized online planning document

  • budget assistance, including development, allocation, and management throughout the event planning process

  • assistance with event design and creative direction, including custom vision boards and a bespoke design document to help inform creative decisions

  • coordinating with your vendors and the venue team to ensure seamless planning

  • development and management of event timelines and schedules

  • attending and assisting with your rehearsal, if you choose to have one (for weddings)

  • a venue tour for myself, to get a better grasp of your space and how things will run

  • an assistant for your lead planner on the event day, at no extra charge

  • unlimited emails and text messages to discuss plans and changes, as well as the potential to have detailed in-person or video meetings as needed

  • providing full-day coordination and on-site management, including set-up and tear-down

  • ensuring your event space(s) are ready prior to guest arrival. 

  • being the point of contact for all vendor and guest questions

  • manage your event day from the start of the event until the close of the evening

  • have a kit on hand to deal with most minor emergencies

  • vendor recommendations and management, if desired

  • creation of floor-plans and mockups, if desired

  • oversight and creation of custom decor elements (subject to extra material and labour costs), if desired

add photography coverage - $200/hour for social events, $3500 for full-day weddings

all of the above, plus a photographer to capture every precious moment. this add-on includes:

  • a bespoke selection of professional photos

  • access to your private online album, with high-resolution downloads

  • light colour correction and basic retouching to refine each image

  • a next day exclusive sneak peak of five photographer favourite images

  • for weddings only: a custom usb and ten high-quality prints to cherish

act 2 - month of coordination

month of coordination — $850

your choice to help tie up all your loose ends, and execute your vision. perfect for type a individuals that want to relax in the month leading up to their event. this service includes:

  • setting up and management of a personalized online planning document

  • coordinating with your vendors and the venue team to ensure seamless planning

  • development and management of event timelines and schedules

your choice for setting the groundwork for your event, so you can relax and enjoy the planning process without feeling stressed and overwhelmed. this service includes:

  • set up of a personalized online planning document that you can take over and edit after delivery

  • full event design and creative direction, including custom vision boards

  • venue and vendor research and recommendations

  • creation of floor-plans and mockups

  • development of event timelines and schedules
