your choice for meticulous planning, bespoke event design and hands on logistical oversight. this comprehensive service includes:

  • set up and management of a personalized online planning document

  • budget assistance, including development, allocation, and management throughout the event planning process

  • full event design and creative direction, including custom vision boards

  • venue research and recommendations

  • coordinating with the venue team to ensure seamless planning

  • vendor recommendations and management

  • creation of floor-plans and mockups

  • oversight and creation of custom decor elements (subject to extra cost)

  • development and management of event timelines and schedules

  • an assistant for your lead planner, at no extra cost

  • full-day coordination and on-site management, including set-up and tear-down

add photography coverage - $200/hour for social events, $3500 for full-day weddings

all of the above, plus a photographer to capture every precious moment. this add-on includes:

  • a bespoke selection of professional photos

  • access to your private online album, with high-resolution downloads

  • light colour correction and basic retouching to refine each image

  • a next day exclusive sneak peak of five photographer favourite images

  • for weddings only: a custom usb and ten high-quality prints to cherish

design consultation & event blueprint — $150

your choice for setting the groundwork for your event, so you can relax and enjoy the planning process without feeling stressed and overwhelmed. this comprehensive service includes:

  • full event design and creative direction, including custom vision boards

  • venue research and recommendations
